If you have a complaint about the Whittington Hospital

Unfortunately you first have to make a complaint through PALS

I say Unfortunately, Because i found them useless. Hopefully you will have a better experience.

I find PALS just a department to try to sympathise with you a little and assure you everything will be OK. When in fact, they do nothing and only act as internal postman.

The Ombudsman are independent of the NHS, One word of warning though, they take absolutely ages to investigate your complaint, possibly up to 2 to 3 years.
