They have complained to the police

They 3 stooges have complained to the police as they don’t like this website and feels in some way it harasses them.

The fact of the matter, they have been told that if they acknowledge that they will fully and impartially investigate my complaint. I will take the website down. They choose not to do this. So we are where we are because of this.

Independent watchdogs and government investigations have repeatedly found that a "cover-up culture" exists within parts of the NHS, where protecting a trust’s reputation is sometimes prioritised over transparency, admitting mistakes, and learning from patient complaints.

The officer based at Islington Police station who is allegedly and impartially investigating this alleged harassment is Called Joe Mahoney 1973CN. He should not be confused with the Officer who like to go around and rape the members of the public he claimed to be serving.

The 3 stooges somehow seem to think that someone who keeps pursuing a complaint which they refuse to deal with is Harrasement.

All my letters have been to the point and in plain English, and at times i admit i have swore in one or two of the later letters. But in my opinion completely justified considering what they have put me through for the best part of a year. In context i have written to the trust concerning this matter at least 40 times. Yet every letter ignored..

The complaint at the moment is this.

I would add, everything they have not done to date is in clear breach of the Whittington hospitals own guidelines and breaches all the guidelines and rules which are set out by NHS England.

{1} Original complaint ignored.

{2] All follow ups to the original Complaint ignored.

{3}Not arranging a transfer to another doctor any follow up treatment or referral to a different hospital.

{4}Human rights violation} I wont go into detail here as possible legal action against the Whittington is pending.

{5}Causing me to become addicted to Morphine by failing to do any of the above.

{6}{Causing me to become alarmed and distressed. {Unlimited amount of times}

{7} Refusing me access to my medical records.

What they claim is Harassment.

All 3 claim that because i have pursuing my complaint which they don't want to deal with and have continued to ignore for the best part of a year. {I:E i keep writing to them and have put up this website}

They also claim that i stated i may use a perfectly legitimate website called www192.com to obtain some personal details such as home Address's and what cars they drive.

However. They conveniently forget that if they followed there own rules and dealt with the complaint as they should we would not be here.

So i will continue until they deal with the complaint.

For context

The reason i was pursuing this action was to find out where they lived, look at the property and car values and to prove the great lives of wealth these people lead while completely ignoring us. The Public and patients.

At no point would i have made this information public. it would of been used in court. Belive it or don’t belive it. I don’t care.

Open Letter to Dr David Baxter.

It appears that Dr Baxter has some concerns that he is a British army surgeon and that somehow if this information fell into the wrong hands this would cause him concern. Well Dr Baxter. You should not post it in the Public Domain all over the internet. about your military service and post photos of yourself in uniform.

Furthermore if i was from Afghanistan and had members of my family killed. legally or otherwise by Troops you patch up so they can go and do it again. I would also be concerned.

A few years back a complaint was made about a serving RAF Sergeant Mark Prendeville, who was moved by staff at the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital in Margate, Kent, because they feared his military uniform would offend or "upset" other patients.

Have you considered the outrage and alarm you posing for photos in Uniform on the internet for all to see has on the preferred demographic of the people that use your hospital, you should be ashamed of yourself. Also how would they feel that if you were brought here from Afghanistan with injuries caused by the armies you work for, and found themselves being treated by you. Or even worse if something went wrong, it could be argued that you deliberately caused harm, after what you said to me as detailed in my complaint, that in my opinion is a clear possibility.

I can hear it now. ''But i am just doing my job and obeying orders.'' Well that’s what the SS guards in the war said.

The fact is Dr Baxter, Its out there, and i did not put it there. With the amount of people that have entered this country from Afghanistan over the least several years and arriving daily without checks. Rest assured, you can take comfort from the government assuring us.they are all Doctors, nurses and engineers. So nothing to worry about then. your overeating it would seem.

Perhaps you could ask the government to issue them with a piece of paper, A little like. Please don’t attack or attempt to marry children.

Once again i remind you, when my complaint is dealt with the website will be removed.

If your IT department are any good, they can explain what embedded mirroring is. So taking the website down wont stop it. It will change its IP Address and repost from different countries. So it may disappear for a day or two. Then its back. Apart from the fact that people can use the wayback machine website to view mine and any other website from the day the internet was created..

Dont blame me for what's already out there. I did not put any of your boasting military information out there. I am looking at you closely because of what you done to me personally.

I did have a lot of respect for both the military and the NHS and have on several occasions taken part in saving the Whittington hospital from A&E closures and department removals. but now, should something like this pop up. i will put as much effort in to support having them closed as i did to keep them open.

I have a lot of ex military in my family, so always supported and respected our military, But seeing how different governments treat ex military. {But never officer classes}The same apples. i will work against any grievance they may have. and of course explaining in full detail why.
