This is my story.

Dr Baxter called me and stated he was unaware that i was diabetic, and stated that he would reschedule the operation for the 15th June at 7am and that i would be one of the first on the list. On the 11th September it all went wrong again.

I am a 65 year old man who suffers from Chronic back pain, and have done so for over 30 years. I have had operations and procedures but my condition is getting steadily worse. I have various other ailments including being Diabetic.
